    Contributes to assigned learning events, and uses prescribed methods to acquire an understanding of the FedEx business (services, roles and responsibilities of other functions, systems, processes, products etc), Customer Experience strategy, together with the Customers’ business requirements

    Maintains required progress to consistently meet Customer expectations/FedEx standards. 

    Performs realistic assessments of progress and escalates potential issues

    Organises assigned types of transactions/new work requests, received via agreed channels.
