  • Position Summary

    Work with the HR team to support sourcing, evaluation and hiring of requisite talent

  • Job Role

    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 
    1. Build up the internship pool of the organization and build its capacity to service the NGO sector
    2. Motivate several others to join and contribute their time and skills to the sector
    3. Reach out in various internship communities such as job sites, intern meetups, colleges, and other media to help source interns
    4. Handhold them through the evaluation process comprising tests and interviews and eventually help onboard them into the organization
    5. Stretch beyond normal working hours to meet the end goal of hiring interns since candidates may not be available throughout the day.
