At ZIGRAM, we believe in looking beyond just academic, experience and extra-curricular outcomes of the past. Hence, we have designed an intensive, rigorous and comprehensive assessment program for all applicants, so that we are able to test an individual in a holistic manner and truly understand their strengths, drivers, aspirations, and areas of fitment for ZIGRAM. There are 4 stages of this assessment process: A) Pre-Screening Test B) Aptitude and Core Intelligence Tests (Including Diagrammatic Reasoning, Inductive Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Critical Reasoning, Comprehension Test) C) Project Leader & Manager Interactions (2 - 3 Interviews) D) Final Assessment (1 Interview) Each stage should be considered an elimination stage i.e. an applicant is requested to move to the next stage only if they have been deemed successful in the last stage. The entire process of assessment may take a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 3 days (including multiple visits to our Gurugram office), however, we will try and coordinate the same with the candidate to ensure time slots which are mutually convenient.
