  • Position Summary

    >The executives will be getting in touch with the accommodation providers and help new clients in on-boarding.

  • Job Role

    ? Lead generation through various social media platforms like - Company website, Chat, Facebook, LinkedIn and other offline leads

    ? Contacting the assigned leads and updating them on CRM system

    ? Understanding the student needs and requirements and assisting them

    ? Building rapport with students through friendly, engaging communication via emails, chats, WhatsApp, Skype etc.

    ? Following up with students to ensure conversion of leads into a confirmed booking

Required Candidate Profile

  • Skill Requirement

    Communication

     Self-motivation to work independently and with strong work ethics.  Ability to work in a team, and adapt to new and evolving processes.  Should be good with telephonic etiquette and email writing skills  Flexibility with shift timings & week offs is a must.
