UA Brands is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator for our Pune Operations Centre:

The Sales Operations Coordinator performs a variety of clerical and administrative activities to support sales staff and is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of information and follow up for the team and as a responsive, proactive team player. This position requires a high level of task and goal orientation.  Must be timely, detail-oriented, be a problem solver and able to manage multiple priorities. The Sales Operations Coordinator must be enthusiastic in taking an active role in learning the business, can work well independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sales order entry, developing customer quote, processing return, replacement and exchange requests.
• Maintain a current understanding of competitor offerings (i.e. price, product, service & solution) in order to sell to and promote our strengths
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and loyalty by utilizing all resources, tools, and technology provided
• Collaborate with team on prep-work for all events, shows & fittings. Process orders for samples and fit lines. Process credit application.
• Assist sales in presentations as, put together packages & ships to customers and prospective customers
• Clearly demonstrates an understanding of Uniform Advantage’s pricing, administrative procedures and organization to effectively assist and support sales efforts
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with a proven ability to balance competing demands and priorities
• Must be a responsive, proactive team player who is task and detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• Promote a positive environment within the company, demonstrating commitment and dedication
• Knowledge of Sales Force; Experience with MS Office and internet.
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts including night shifts (6pm to 3am) and overtime if needed.

Required Experience

• 1 - 4 years of experience working in a business operations support role.
• Experience using various Internet browser.
• Sound Microsoft Office experience.
