    -Responsible for Recruiting, Developing, Managing & Retaining Agents -Role:- Screening, Appointing and Inducting Agents for the channel & Launch, Manage, Develop and Mentor Agents by regular feedbacks. -Drive Agents towards Activation, Milestones and different R&R’s. -Work closely with Area Man
