    Job Title:HR Intern

    Location: Marconix Sales Solutions Pvt Ltd

    Department: Human Resources

    Reports To: HR Manager

    Duration: 3 months / 6 months

    1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

    - Assist in job posting and advertisement processes.

    - Screen resumes and application forms.

    - Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.

    - Conduct reference checks and background verifications.

    - Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials.

    2. Employee Records & Administration:

    - Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).

    - Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.

    - Assist with HR documentation, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.

    3. HR Projects & Initiatives:

    - Participate in various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

    - Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

    4. Training & Development:

    - Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.

    - Collect feedback from employees on training sessions.

    5. Employee Relations:

    - Help address employee queries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.

    - Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

    6. Performance Management:

    - Support the performance review process by helping to collect and organize performance data.

    - Assist in maintaining performance management records.

    7. *General HR Support:*

    - Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

    - Participate in HR meetings and take notes.

    Requirements:

    - Education:Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    - Skills:

    - Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

    - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    -Attributes:

    - Enthusiastic and eager to learn.

    - Team player with a proactive attitude.

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    -Experience: Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field is a plus but not required.
