  • Position Summary

    To understand and handle the dynamic assignments of HR for the company.

  • Key Result Areas

    1) Handling end-to-end recruitment cycles.
    2) Sourcing and screening of candidates through Job portals and Social Web Portals (Naukri, Monster,Linked In and Facebook) prior exposure will be an added advantage.
    3) Coordinating and conducting personal/Telephonic interviews at various levels.
    4) Touch base with the offered candidates till they on-board.
    5) Maintain the complete recruitment & on boarding tracker.
    6) Handling other HR operations activity.
