    Proposed Role After completion of Program - Front Line Sales role for Agency and Direct Channel This opening is for the " Young Debutants Program" at FGILI is a well-structured program to induct fresh talent into the organization. The program helps in the understanding of the DNA of the company

  • Job Role

    Direct Channel

    1. Sales

    - Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
    - Close the leads assigned by the call center team
    - Activation of Maximize and Daily follow up and update leads in “Maximizer”

    2. Customer Service and Operation

    - Educate the Customer about the product
    - Customer Servicing
    - Collection of Renewals                                                                                                                                 
    - Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues

    Agency Channel

    1. Sales

    - Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan
    - Activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan
    - Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan
    - Understand, Monitor & Develop the Agents
    - Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers for Life Division

    2. Customer Service and Operation

    - Mandatory Attendance at all Meetings & Training Programs as decided from time to time by Management.
    - Ensure Joint Calls are made on a daily basis
    - Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis
    - Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on an ongoing basis.
    - Comply with all the Policies and Procedures laid down by the Company

    *The candidate will be posted in either of the two channels (Direct or Agency)

Position Rewards

  • Position Financial Rewards

    Paid-Fixed-Range 207000 - 366800 Annually

    Fixed Component - 207000; Variable payable subject to target achievement
