Position Summary

The role requires you to manage the ERP team and the software in order to ensure maximum / optimum usability by the organization And to coordinate with ERP vendor and internal staff for the successful implementation of the Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) System project
Job Role
- Works with users in various departments to coordinate the implementation, conversion, training and installation of the ERP system
- Communicates project tasks, status reports and issues, and maintains project documentation
- Advises or arranges consultation on the design and implementation of effective administrative and business processes
- Documentation of organization processes at an individual department level & to ensure integration with other departments in the ERP
- Facilitates resolution of project problems
- Proactively identifies changes in work scope and ensures that appropriate planning measures are taken to re-assess and / or amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets
- Actively pursues continuous growth and development of technical and system expertise
- Coordinates issues regarding Change Management

Position Financial Rewards
