  • Job Role

    Required:
    - Experience of customer relationship management in your previous job.
    - E-commerce experience preferable.
    - Excellent written & spoken English.
    - As of now we answer customer queries over email, chat, call,and socialmedia handles. Also we are using CRM software called “FRESHDESK”.
    -  Ideal candidate should be able & willing to respond to customers over email, chat and phone.

    - Analytical thinking - our queries are not so simple and we only take intelligent people in our customer service team
    - Knowledge of Excel is a plus.
    - Great phone manner
