Required:
? Experience of customer relationship management in your previous job.
? E-commerce experience preferable.
? Excellent written & spoken English.
? As of now we answer customer queries over email and call back on request. However we will be opening up the option of a chat soon & expect more calls also. Ideal candidate should be able & willing to respond to customers over email, chat and phone.
? Analytical thinking - our queries are not so simple and we only take intelligent people in our customer service team
? Knowledge of Excel is a plus.
? Great phone manner
