  • Job Role

    • Source candidates as per Requirements through different sources.
    • Initial screening of candidates on communication skills, technical experience, relevant years of exposure, academic gaps, etc.
    • Getting a reference from various social networking websites like Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
    • Keeping Candidates Informed about the feedback.
    • Scheduling and coordinating Interviews for Short-Listed Candidates.
    • Following up on Offered candidates and keeping track of their Joining Process.
    • Postings of Jobs Specifications in the Jobs Portals.
    • Reporting using Excel on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
