    1. Executive- ATM Managed Services

    - Experience 0 to 2 years
    - Working: 6 days
    - Required Skillset:
      Both Verbal and written English communication
      BackOffice experience in Working in ATM/Technical help desk, backend process.
      Fresher who is quick learner and willing to make career in ATM Industry

    Job Description:
    - Dispatch of FLM Call to MSP / CRA / Bank
    - Follow-up for Call closure with multiple team
    - Follow-up with SLM vendor for closure of SLM Calls
    - Co-ordination with Network Vendor / OEM / Bank / Internal Team for Call closure
    - Escalation of Calls with concern vendor in case of TAT Breach
    - Internal escalation for ensuring timely closure of calls
    - Sharing Daily reports with TL / Manager for Open Calls / Frequent Calls for further actionable
    - Follow-up with R & M / TIS team for site related issues
    - Working on Long Pending Open tickets for closure
