    Black Grapes Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors ,is a Surveyor Firm incorporated in year 2022 to cater to the wide need of Expert and experienced Surveyors and fill the gap of inadequate Surveyors covering PAN India. We perform Motor and Non Motors Insurance Survey and Loss Assessment and pre inspection of Risk before issuance of Policy.

    About 20+ years of cumulative standing in the industry with proven track record by providing a wide gamut of loss adjusting and claims management services across various disciplines.     1)Profile:-

    The candidate has to perform following 3(A,B,C) roles:-

    A)Insurance Survey Work:-

    i)To carry out survey and assessment of losses under various departments (Motor,Fire, Marine Cargo, Engineering,Miscellaneous And Loss of Profit etc.) for general insurance industry.

    ii)Visiting the site to collect evidence of loss, i.e. Photographs, Videos, Statements/ CCTV Footage, etc. iii)Negotiation/Discussion with Insured’s officials for loss minimization/Salvage disposal, preparing inventory of safe & damaged material/stocks.

    iv)Issuing of Immediate Loss Advice, Letter of Requirements and Scrutiny/Verification of supporting documents provided by the Insured.

    v)Preparation of preliminary/interim/final Survey Reports for losses.

    B)Marketing,Empanelment And Relationship Management:-

    (I)Empanelment in new banks:-

    i)Approach Private And Public GIC and collect information for getting empanelled in the respective institution. ii)Prepare documents and perform process of empanelment with the help of directors of the company.

    iii)Follow up the GIC’s and providing necessary information and documents as may required during empanelment process by the bank.

    iv)Complete empanelment process successfully.

    v)Visit GIC’s and do marketing to managers in the company.

    (II)Marketing in already empanelled banks:-

    i)Visit GIC regularly and meet managers and promote services and try to get work.

    ii)Calling GIC managers regularly and try to get work.

    iii)Sending watsapp messages daily to GIC managers and promoting services.

    C)Team Making:-

    i)Associates valuers from different cities with the company.

    ii)Send them Proposals.

    iii)Get their contact details and address.

    iv)Prepare list of associates district wise and then state wise.

    v)Make team for Pan India.

    vi)Allot works to associates and get work done from them.

    *Note:-Complete Training and Support will be provided by the company for all the 3 points A,B,C mentioned above.

    2)Working Hours for job:- 11 AM To 8 PM

    Daily Monday To Saturday

    3) Stipend:-

    A)Fixed: - Candidate will get the fixed stipend only on achieving the target and if the target didn’t achieved then he/she will provided with the variable.

    If the employee goes above the target then he/she will be benefitted with the extra incentives plus fixed stipend.

    Rs 5000/- per month is the fixed stipend for Graduates/Pursuing Post Graduation Paid Monthly for basic target.

    10 % on the net profit done by you for the company

    4)Facilities Provided by the company:-

    a)System will be provided

    b)Mobile Allowance

    c)Wifi will be provided

    d)Petrol allowance

    e)Travelling allowance for travelling outside city.

    5) Training:- Total 10 days Training will be Provided.Joining will be after training. 

    6)Requirements from candidates:-

    a)Candidate must have to get verify all original documents and submit a photo copy.

    b)Candidate must have good english.

    c)Duration of the internship will be 6 months and can be extended.

    d)Two wheeler and driving license is compulsory.

    6) On the basis of the observation or the performance of an employee, the Candidate will get permanent job in the company after the completion of 6 month.

    7) Employee will provide with 2 certificates one from Government(If he is eligible for Government Apprenticeship Program) and the other from Company after the completion of the 6 month job training.

    8) If a candidate is selected he has to join immediately. If candidates join he needs to complete 6 months of Training Program Mandatorily.

    10)Eligibility:-

    a)Any Graduate or Post Graduate Student.

    b)Schooling from English Medium only.

    11) Internship Location:- Scheme No 54,Vijaynagar,Indore

    12) Placement:- If a candidate performs good he will get permanent job with package ranging from 3.0 Lacs to 4.5 Lacs based on his performance.
