Job Summary:

As an Accounting Manager at Black Grapes Groups, you will oversee the financial operations of all six firms within our organization. You’ll be responsible for managing accounts on Zoho Books accounting software, maintaining financial records in Google Sheets, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Additionally, you’ll calculate incentives for interns and employees based on company policies.

Job Description The Candidate profile will be described as the management working for the above

1) Working Hours for job:- 11 AM To 8 PM Daily Monday to Saturday

2) Stipend During Training:-

Fixed: -Candidate will get the fixed stipend only on achieving the target and if the target didn’t achieved then he/she will provided with the variable

If the employee goes above the target then he/she will be benefitted with the extra incentives plus fixed stipend.

For Accounting Profiles:- Fixed:-Rs.5000/- per month for Graduate and Post-Graduation Pursuing Paid Monthly for basic target.

Variable: -10% on his on own net profit earned to the company. Paid After Project Completion Monthly

Note:-1)Incentive will be given on net profit (Gross Profit – Company Expenses) per month. 2)Stipend will start 10 days after joining date.

d) Petrol Allowance will be provided

5) Requirement from Candidate:

A. Candidate must have to get verify all original documents and submit a photo copy.

B. Candidate should have good english.

6) If a candidate is selected he has to join at joining date. If candidates join he needs to complete 6 months of Training Program Mandatorily.

7) On the basis of the observation or the performance of an employee, the Candidate will get permanent job in the company after the completion of 6 month.

8) Employee will provided with 2 certificates from Government(If he is eligible for Government Apprenticeship Program) and Company after the completion of the 6 month job training.

10) Duration of the Training:- The Minimum duration of the training is 6 months and can be extended as per mutual consent.

11) Placement:- If a candidate performs good he will get permanent job with package ranging from 3.0 Lacs to 4.5 Lacs based on his performance.
