  • Position Summary

  • Job Role

    • Responsible for supporting the business with the rollout of the DMart Ready Pick-up Points across Mumbai through BTL activations including society activations , Leafleting, home to home activations etc.
    • Responsible for spreading awareness about newly opened DMart Ready pick-up point, educating people about how it works, helping them place their first order and hence increase number of orders for each Pick-up point.
    • Perform catchment analysis and identify target markets to maximum reach and conversion.
    • Ideate and plan cost efficient ways to communicate with the target markets. 
    • Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports and analyze the performance of the campaign and bring learnings to the future campaigns.
    • Execute campaigns end to end and ensure outputs represent best in class work, within the agreed hours and budget.
    • Work with Marketing Manager to deliver best in class innovative campaigns that will help DMart Ready develop a brand that drives deepest affinity amongst the consumer in this category.
    • Work closely with pick-up point operations team and support the creation of an enhanced experience of DMart Ready services, encouraging increased levels of brand consideration and advocacy.

    Fluent in Hindi & Marathi, decent in English language Good people and relationship skills Clear and concise communication skills. Good attention to detail Hands on experience in MS Office, Word, Excel and Power Point
