  • Position Summary

    The role ensures a pleasant retail experience for the customer and helps execute Arvind Lifestyle Brands store's sales promotion activities and campaigns with the objective of creating and maintaining and building the organization's image.

  • Job Role

    • Customer Service: Ensures a pleasant retail experience for the customer through ambience, ease of shopping and effective service. Answers customer's complaints or inquiries and resolves customer's problems to promote good public relations; Communicates the Brand message at all times and guides the store staff on the same.
    • Drive Sales: Supervises sales staff and assists in completing difficult sales. Execute store's sales promotion activities and campaigns, in coordination with Retail Marketing Manager and according to established budgets; Keeps abreast of developments in retail sales area, by studying relevant catalogs, trade journals, sales analysis, etc. and visiting competitor stores; identifies and implements ideas for continuous improvement of the store / sales performance.
    • Store maintenance: Maintains the appearance of the store (VM and hygiene) in order to carry the brand image. Plans store layout of fixtures, merchandise and displays with Product / Category team, taking into account special and seasonal promotions as well as store safety and security measures; inspects merchandise to ensure it is correctly priced and displayed. Maintains all safety and security policies of the Company. Coordinates and supervises store housekeeping, maintenance and repair.

    Maintain inventories at adequate levels.  Conducts physical inventories and arranges for replenishment of stocks. Handle reporting and documentation associated with the store. Communicates and upholds all company policies, rules and regulations. Ensure adherence to all store related SOP and handle non-standard / crisis situations effectively
