  • Job Role

    Booking a Trade on behalf of the Client Investment bank and initiate relevant documentation and online processes

    ·         Reconcile Books of Accounts for customer, client and end user as the case may be depending on volume of transactions

    ·         Closely liaise with various stakeholders for computation of Net Asset Value for reporting to Market and Stock exchange

    ·         Advise stakeholders on cash and stock liquidity for booking further purchase or sale of equity

    ·         Conduct Advisory and consulting services for clients on stock performance for investment purposes

    There will be no calling or selling involved. It will be a great opportunity to get a wide exposure to Global Securities & Capital Markets.

     

Position Rewards

    Paid- Fixed 165000 Annually

    One time payment of INR 10,000 /- and salary revision to 2.2 Lakh on completion of 1 year

    Health Insurance up to 1 lakh for Self. ( If married insurance will be provided for self, spouse & children ). Fixed vertical movement to next grade in the hierarchy on completion of 12 months. On completion of 18 months in Syntel, can apply for internal movements with in KPO. Case to case based on operation urgency, you are also deputed to international location, as part of their onsite assignment. Trunk Pick & drop facility provided, if employees stay within company transportation limit. Home - pick & drop facility provided for any associates working beyond 10 pm. Any certification course done by the employee and the course is found useful for KPO operations, subject to policy guidelines, on successful completion of the course, Syntel will pay back course fees to the employee. Incase if a women employee using company transport after 10pm, company security guards will escort the vehicle. Five days working culture ( Saturday & Sunday off )Free Snacks from 12 am to 4 am . ( Night Shift Staff )
