  • Job Role

    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities would include:

    1. Handling end-to-end recruitment process
    2. Understanding client's requisitions
    3. Sourcing profiles from the job portals
    4. Validating candidates by interviewing them telephonically
    5. Submitting their CVs
    6. Coordinating interviews of the shortlisted candidates
    7. Procuring post-interview feedback from the candidates
    8. Coordinating their joining in client's organization

    We are Ahmedabad, Gujarat based recruitment consultancy company. We have tie up with various companies Pan India, for their Recruitment Assignments. When they have a requirement of man power, they outsource their Requisitions to us. And we help them hire professionals for them, by undertaking end to end recruitment for them. End to End means, right from Sourcing the Candidate till the Candidates Joining in the Company. The Interns will be put to taught and put to practice end to end recruitment process for our existing clients. We are located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

    We have teach Interns on Core Functions along with Recruitment. The Core HR Functions like Payroll Management, Statutory Compliances, Organization Structuring, Hierarchy Planning, etc. will to taught to Interns parellel to the Internship in our Organization.
