Position Summary

Swiggy is looking for Graduates/Post Graduate with 1-2 year of experience who have good working knowledge and experience of e-commerce activities and all online marketing channels.
Job Role
1. Lead specific projects centrally cutting across multiple teams.
2. Build comprehensive view all operations initiatives and its impact. Take suitable action for desired results.
3. Assist in leading strategy to execution track i.e. to ensure focus on agreed strategy to execution.
4. Lead the waterfall building of commitments by respective ownership teams.
5. Identify the opportunity areas for improvements, get the buy in and implement the change.
6. Lead out of the box new initiatives/experiments.

Position Financial Rewards

Paid- Fixed 346000 Annually

CTC:- 5,46,000/- Fixed:- 3,46,000/- Incentives:- 1,60,000 Per Annum (Paid on a monthly basis based on target achieved).
